Bumblebee 104km – Saturday Dec 11, 2021 @ 8am and NER Annual Member Meeting @ 3PM

NER is going to host a populaire on Dec 11, 2021 starting at Waverly Square in Belmont, MA and ending the ride across the town/city line/Beaver Brook at Mighty Squirrel Brewing Company using RUSA route 1833 Bumblebee 100km.  There is a minor change in Sudbury to use more side roads on the return as well as avoiding the dirt road but instead go visit Ponyhenge in Lincoln, MA.  The proposed route is here:  https://ridewithgps.com/routes/38077906 and have been pre-rode by Tsun and found no issue, among other things like cider donuts, thankful Gnome, and self service bike repair station at controls or along the route.

You can register for the ride here via BikeReg.

Please note that car parking is only available at the finish, not at the start.  Please do not park at the Star Market Parking lot for the duration of the ride as they have a 4 hours customer parking limit (that is meant for not allowing commuter parking).

Since the brewery has a very comprehensive parking guidance page, you can go here to find out (or better yet leave your car at home and enjoy parking your bike next to you in one of the outdoor patio with heat lamps).

There will be a NER Annual Member Meeting that will happen right after the ride at 3PM if you wish to join either in person or virtually via zoom (sans the availability of Cloud Candy or the like).  Invitation email will be send if you have pay your dues for NER 2021 membership.
